This is a Progress Report and Photo-Essay about St Stephen's
"Fitly Framed Together" campaign and "Green Project".
Included are pictures showing various locations and components within the
project, and the way the area is being transformed as the project develops.
Each page shows one aspect of the project in various stages from the project
beginning (Fall of 2002) to the present.
