Welcome to the Youth Page.

Who We Are:
Saint Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral attracts a wide range of
families in the Harrisburg area, and Youth Group is a great
opportunity for middle school and high school students to meet and
connect with each other. We hope to create space for people to
interact creatively, consistently, and with spirituality at the
forefront of that interaction.
This Fall's Focus: Stories That Bind Us
As we explore the Earth and our roles therein, we are brought
continually back to the understanding that none of this matters
without human connection. Our development of faith is embedded in
the way that we live and how that affects those around us. We are
shaped very fully and completely through our experiences and
relationships. To grow in our understanding of how we live, we
need first to understand who and what have shaped us. This Fall,
we would like to learn to listen to what is already being said.
The Scriptures are full of important truth, as are the stories of
individuals in our surrounding community, as are the stories that
we ourselves hold. Keeping with the tradition of discussion
surrounding film, presentations, and guest speakers, we will
explore this theme.
In addition to meeting each week for Sunday
school, our youth enjoy get-togethers and also participate in outreach
activities, such as the Helping Hands soup kitchen.
